We have an architect to help guide you through the design process, once this is decided we will work with you to get it over the line and make your dream a reality. We’ll explain how permits work and timeframe on design.

Lacey Bennett can help you style your new home, we can bring all the experts together for your lighting, kitchen, bathroom, colour designs, carpet, tiles, flooring, and window treatments. Please inquire about this service at your initial consultation.

Once the house layout and configuration has been decided on with the architect, we can then deliver a fully itemised quoting price from which it is easy to work out where each cost will be allocated. We can give you several options for different materials and feature costings.
